All my programmes are tailor made to suit the client’s individual needs, I use the Zest4life methodology which is based on the low GL way of eating and this combined with coaching has proven to be a great success for my clients.

The length and format of your programme will depend on your health goals and how much weight you wish to lose, although generally a minimum 8-week programme is advisable to get the best results.
